This is a fully refurbished and complete Avaya ACS system. Everything is included in this system, you will not need anything else to make this system operate. The system is currently configured for (12) incoming lines and (32) phone stations. It also includes a 4 port voicemail with 48 mail boxes, 1,000 minutes of storage time and 4 auto mated attendants (this allows you to run up to 4 separate businesses of this system). Included in this system is a brand new music on hold unit, that will play music to your customers on hold. You also have the option to play customized messages and advertisements to your customers while they are on hold as well. In addition the system currently has (1) Euro partner 34D secretary phone and (30) Euro partner 18D executive phones. Every phone will display date & time, as well as Caller-ID (must have service from your phone company), which will show the name and number of the person calling, once the call is picked up, it will display the duration of the call. In addition this system has a Remote Access with Back Up and Restore. This card allows you to call into your phone system from anywhere in the world and check your messages. In addition this card will also back up all your programming, so in the case of a power outage, or if you simply have to turn of power to your system, and relocate it, all the programming will be saved and your system will be up and running with in 30 seconds!!
